We need your help to stop cuts to vital services!

In response to growing demands on council services and continuing pressures on local government funding, Hampshire County Council is asking for views from residents and stakeholders on ways to balance its budget.

By April 2021, the County Council will be facing an anticipated budget shortfall of £80 million so they need to make decisions now about provision of services in the future.

There have already been drastic cuts to Children Services which have severely affected many of our lives. The proposals are to even make further cuts in April 2021.

The proposed cuts in funding are:

£1 million from Short Breaks

£3 million from Home to School Transport

£4.7 million from Social Care

It is vital that Hampshire County Council understand how devastating the impact of these cuts will be to us, our children and our families.

We need your help to stop this!
