Our Future in Mind and Bridging the gap project team would like to meet you to gather feedback from parent carers and young people across Hampshire
If you have a young person with additional mental health needs , or a young person 14+ who is preparing to or in process of transitioning to adult service we want to hear from you - This is an informal session- we want you feel free to pop along, share your views , tell us what workshops or sessions would be important to the progress of your young person, inform us of what works well and not so well.

30th September 2024This is a self led session and a chance to meet our New Coordinator
In this session our Future in Mind representative we will cover :
- Recognising Burnout: Learn to spot signs and symptoms.
- Your Young Person’s Window of Tolerance: Understanding emotional capacity.
- How to Support and Reset: Effective techniques for burnout recovery.
- Monitoring Progress: Tracking mental and emotional health.
- Self-Care in Practice: How to help them build long-lasting self-care habits.
