    This special session is designed for parent carers of young people with Autism and/or ADHD, offering an honest and compassionate space to explore a difficult but important topic

    • Why self-harm can be a common experience for neurodivergent individuals
    • The emotional realities behind the behaviour—without judgment
    • A focus on understanding and support, not “fixing” or “curing”
    • A safe, open space for parent carers to talk, listen, and feel less alone

    🧠 Led by a qualified Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, this calming session will include:

    • Guided Breathwork to ease tension
    • 🌍 Grounding Techniques to help you feel steady and supported
    • 🌈 Spoken Visualization to relax the mind and encourage inner peace
