Our Get Togethers have remained online throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, this session is still online using zoom currently, but we are looking at moving this back face to face in the coming months. Please Join us from 11am-12pm for an informal session- share experiences with other local families, support each other and have your say on local services.

For security, we do not publish zoom codes online. Instead, we ask you to please email participation@hpcn.org.uk and we will send the code to you!
