Hampshire Parent Carer Network are pleased to present an 'EHCP Process' workshop led by Hampshire SENDIASS (Impartial Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service)
This workshop will consider the annual review process specifically in relation to how it can help children and young people prepare for adulthood and make choices about post-16 education.
We’ll cover:
* Ways to achieve change in the current setting, both formally and informally
* Changing schools – the process for doing this and things to consider before you start
