Hampshire Parent Carer Network are pleased to present a 'All About Complaints' workshop led by Hampshire SENDIASS (Impartial Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service). A session to inform parents about the general steps to lodging a complaint with a school, academy or local authority or health service. The session will cover:
* Early conflict resolution
* Know what you want to achieve from a complaint
* Finding the relevant complaint process
* Typical timescales, steps & outcomes in complaint process
* The role of the Local Government Ombudsman
