Hampshire Parent Carer Network are pleased to present an 'EHCP Process' workshop led by Hampshire SENDIASS (Impartial Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service)
This workshop will consider the annual review process specifically in relation to how it can help children and young people prepare for adulthood and make choices about Transitions
We’ll cover:
* So your child's EHCP has been updated with their next school but now what?
* In this workshop we'll talk about things that help to make a transition successful and how to make sure they happen for your child.
