- 1st July – 12-1pm  Online-A lived experience Autism presentation, with Ellie (a lived experienced trainer)
- 3rd July – 7-8pm – Online breath work & Grounding Tools with a Mental health wellbeing Practitioner
- 10th July – 7-8pm -Online Mindfulness and Visualization with a Mental health wellbeing Practitioner
- 11th July -10-11am  Online-A lived experience Self-Harm presentation, with Ellie (a lived experienced trainer)
- 14th July -1-2pm –Â Â Online-A lived experience Self-Harm presentation, with Ellie (a lived experienced trainer)
