22 10:00 am: Bridging the Gap : Vocational Profiling workshop - Supporting Young People to Explore Their Future 10:00 am – 11:00 am 22nd September 2026 with a Vocational Profiling Adviser, Hampshire Futures team VOCATIONAL PROFILING: Supporting Young People to Explore Their Future Join us for an introduction to Vocational Profiling – a person-centred, strengths-based approach that helps young people understand: • What they are good at • What they enjoy and value • What support helps them succeed (and being clear on this so they can start to advocate for these needs and adjustments). • Their aspirations and goals for the future Vocational Profiling is a tool that is particularly useful as a transition passport, and ensures that future plans are based on the whole young person – not just their qualifications. This workshop is designed for parents and carers who would like to learn more about how Vocational Profiling can support successful transitions and Preparing for Adulthood.
