24th November 2025Join us for a powerful and insightful session with Ellie, who will be sharing her lived experience with anxiety as a neurodivergent person and how she manages it day to day.
After years of struggling with her mental health, Ellie was diagnosed as autistic in her late twenties, followed by an ADHD diagnosis a few years later. Now, as a lived experience trainer and mother to two autistic teenagers, Ellie brings a unique and authentic perspective to understanding anxiety through a neurodivergent lens.
Discover practical strategies, personal insights, and a message of hope for anyone navigating similar challenges.

- The emotional realities behind the behaviour—without judgment
- A focus on understanding and support, not “fixing” or “curing”
- A safe, open space for parent carers to talk, listen, and feel less alone
