After years of struggling with her mental health, Ellie was diagnosed as autistic in her late twenties, followed by an ADHD diagnosis a few years later. Now, as a lived experience trainer and mother to two autistic teenagers, Ellie brings a unique and authentic perspective to understanding anxiety through a neurodivergent lens. Discover practical strategies, personal insights, and a message of hope for anyone navigating similar challenges.
